Precious Hove is the dean for faculty of Management and Entrepreneurial Sciences at Women University in Africa, Zimbabwe. Precious Hove holds a Doctorate degree in Business Management obtained from Witwatersrand, South Africa, a Master’s degree in Strategic Management, obtained from Chinhoyi University of Technology, an Honors degree in Business Management obtained at Midlands State University and a Diploma in Education, obtained from the University of Zimbabwe. Precious possess leadership skills and promotes team spirit at work. She is a an honest person with confidence in her work. Precious is a woman of integrity. Over the years, Precious has developed interest in business management, new product developments, entrepreneurship and knowledge management. She has co-authored several publications in those areas. Biography: Gertrude Zadzisai Makuliyashi Gertrude Zadzisai Makuliyashi is a lecturer in the Commerce and Management Department within the Faculty of Management and Entrepreneurial Sciences at the Women’s University in Africa in Harare, Zimbabwe. She teaches marketing communications, digital marketing, principles of marketing, business communication, and graphic design modules, with a particular interest in culturally grounded and technology enabled communication strategies. She is an Inaugurate Communications Auditor and a holder of a Master’s in Journalism and Media Studies, which informs her interdisciplinary approach to media, culture, and markets. A prospective PhD student, her planned research focuses on AI enabled, culturally sensitive communication frameworks for sustainable development and inclusive value chains.

Mr K G Terera holds a Master of Commerce in Marketing, a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing, and a Diploma in Public Relations. He is currently in the final stages of his PhD studies. Mr Terera is particularly passionate about research in agricultural value chains. His PhD thesis focuses on creating a value chain model aimed at supporting profitable smallholder banana farming in Mutasa District, Zimbabwe. Previously, he has worked as a marketing manager, advertising executive, research consultant, and research and business development officer across universities, the advertising industry, NGOs, and banks. He currently teaches Diploma, undergraduate, and Masters courses in Digital Marketing, Services Marketing, Agricultural Marketing, Principles of Marketing, and Strategic Quality Management.

Mubango Hazel holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Venda, South Africa. Her thesis focused on work-life balance and job performance of women in academia. She is a full-time lecturer in the Department of Commerce and Management. She has more than 20 years of academic and industry experience in human resources management and educational management disciplines. She has published over 20 peer-reviewed research articles and book chapters and has presented at over 10 international research conferences on human resources and educational management. Her research interests focus on contemporary human resources management issues, work-life balance, employee well-being, women in the workplace, and educational management issues in industry and academia.
