All registered students have an automatic Library membership and those who are not WUA staff or students are expected to register as approved readers to access the Library services.

• You can access all subscribed electronic resources remotely through MyLOFT using your institutional credentials (student/staff email ).

• Install the MyLOFT mobile app or browser extension for seamless one-click access to full-text journals and articles anywhere.

Please note: You need to have an active institutional email to sign up and access e-resources. 

• Search the Library Calatogue, which is a database of all the physical books held within our various campus libraries. It highlights the author, title, edition, publication details and the availability of the book search for.  

• You can renew your books online by sending an email to the library: libraryinformation@wua.ac.zw 

• Alternatively, bring the books and your student/staff ID card to the circulation desk for manual renewal.

• Overdue fines accrue daily per item returned past the due date.

• Outstanding fines or overdue items may restrict your ability to borrow additional materials or access final examination results and transcripts until cleared.

• Yes. The library provides access to plagiarism detection tools (such as Turnitin) for research output and thesis submissions.

• You can also book a one-on-one consultation with a librarian for assistance with citation management tools (e.g., Mendeley, Zotero, APA/IEEE reference styles).
