Job Title: MAINTENANCE HANDYMAN
Reporting to: PROJECTS MANAGER
Duties
- Attending to all building and electrical minor repairs;
- Attending to minor plumbing repairs;
- Carrying out minor carpentry repairs;
- Carrying out routine gutter and roof cleaning;
- Assist in checking works for compliance;
- Assist in monitoring maintenance works.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 5 O’ level passes including English and Maths;
- Class 3 Electrician;
- At least 3 years relevant experience;
- Clean class 4 driver’s license an added advantage
