Overview
Dr Patience Chinyenze is a lecturer in the Department of Social work at Women’s University in Africa. She is a specialist consultant in clinical social work and psychosocial support. She has experience in providing psychosocial support to children and adults in multidisciplinary and multi-sectorial settings.
Research Interests
Her research interests are on psychosocial support for vulnerable groups and clinical social work especially bereavement counselling and stress management. Her doctoral research thesis focused on exploration of the quality of child care services provided in children’s homes.

1998 Bachelor of Social Sciences in Social work degree (Fort Hare University, SA).
