Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant position of Secretary- Academic Registry which has arisen at Women’s University in Africa.
The Secretary will report to the Senior Assistant Registrar - Examinations
Responsibilities
- Typing and filing of all correspondence for the Section;
- Typing and printing of examination question papers;
- Attending to student examination issues and results;
- Organising and taking minutes for the Section;
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail;
- Attending to telephone enquiries;
- Ordering and handling the distribution of stationery in the Section; and
- Dealing with other communication such as email and fax;
- Performing any other duties as delegated by the Senior Assistant Registrar, Examinations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Five (5) O’ Level passes including English Language;
- National Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognised examination board; and
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
