A) Call for Expression of Interest
The Women’s University in Africa is seeking qualified, experienced, and registered real estate firms to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to evaluate land and properties owned by the Women’s University in Africa at the Manresa Campus.
B) Purpose
To produce a land and properties valuation report for a piece of land at the main campus, measuring approximately 3215 m
C) Requirements
- To evaluate the value of the land and properties;
- To recommend going rental rates for the property, and
- To provide sufficient justification for the recommendations, using accepted standard practice.
D)Evaluation criteria to select Expression of Interest
- Proof of registration with the Valuers Council of Zimbabwe;
- Proposed time frames to complete the exercise;
- Attendance to pre-expression of interest site tour;
- At least three traceable references for similar works;
- Company profile;
- Proposed payment terms, and
- Valid PRAZ certificate and ZIMRA tax clearance.
E) Submission
- Interested firms must submit their documents in a sealed envelope with the reference "Call for Expression of Interest: Evaluation of land and properties at WUA”, to be deposited at the procurement office.
- The date for submission of documents will be announced during the pre-tender site visit.
- The mandatory pre-EOI site visit will be held on Tuesday 20 February 2024, at 1000hrs at the Women's University in Africa Harare campus situated at number 549 Arcturus Road, Manresa.
