Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the vacant position that has risen in the Faculty of Management and Entrepreneurial Sciences at the Women’s University in Africa.
Responsibilities
- Lecture undergraduate and postgraduate courses;
- Set examination papers;
- Supervise research projects at undergraduate level;
- Supervise dissertations at postgraduate level;
- Research in the area of specialisation for the benefit of both students, University and the wider community;
- Publish papers in refereed journals;
- Participate in University service and community engagement;
- Conduct innovation and industrialisation that leads to tangible products and services;
- Assist in the recruitment of students; and
Perform any other related tasks that may be assigned by the Departmental Chairperson from time to time.
Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes
- PhD in Supply Chain Management is an added advantage;
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management;
- BSc Honours degree in Supply Chain Management;
- At least 2 years lecturing experience in a tertiary institution; and
- Industry experience is a distinct advantage.
