Women’s University in Africa (WUA) participated in the Zimbabwe Agricultural Show (ZAS) 2026 as part of its institutional marketing, student recruitment, stakeholder engagement and public visibility initiatives.

The participation provided WUA with an important platform to showcase its academic programmes, institutional activities, research, innovations and opportunities to prospective students, parents, professionals, businesses, government representatives and members of the general public.

The exhibition was also an opportunity for the University to strengthen its visibility and demonstrate its contribution to education, agriculture, entrepreneurship, innovation and national development.

Objectives of Participation

WUA’s participation at ZAS 2026 focused on the following objectives:

To market WUA academic programmes to prospective students.
To increase awareness of the University’s brand and institutional mandate.
To generate student recruitment and enrolment leads.
To engage prospective students and provide information on entry requirements, programmes and application procedures.
To promote WUA’s agriculture-related programmes and initiatives.
To showcase the University’s research, innovation and entrepreneurship activities.
To network with government departments, private-sector organisations, educational institutions and other exhibitors.
To strengthen relationships with existing and potential partners.
To promote WUA’s institutional services and income-generating projects.
To position WUA as a university committed to Addressing Gender Disparity and Fostering Equity in University Education.
