Performance Appraisal Training

The Women’s University in Africa held a Performance Appraisal Training for Administrative and Support Staff on the newly adopted Performance Appraisal Tool. The training was led by Dr. Mombeshora, Director of Quality Assurance, who guided staff through the new appraisal system and its importance in enhancing individual and institutional performance. The session was attended by Mr. Matongo, Deputy Registrar – Human Resources and Administration, reaffirming the University’s commitment to professional development, accountability and service excellence.
