Advocate Rachel Chibaya is a registered Legal Practitioner and has been in private practice since 2010. She is the Founding Partner at R Chibaya Law Chambers, a middle size vibrant law firm in Harare. In 2018 Advocate Chibaya honored as the Winner in the legal service category at the Women in Enterprise Awards by the Zimbabwe National Chamber of Commerce. She was elected by the WUA Council Members to be the Chairman on Friday, 6 December 2019.

Advocate Rachel Chibaya is a member of the following bodies:-

Director : ICT

Engineer Fred Gweme is a professional Electronics and Computer Engineer. He has extensive experience in the design and development of new and innovative Information and Communication Technology products and systems. He holds a BSc (Eng) Hons degree and an MPhil degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe. He also acquired an Executive MBA degree from the East and Southern African Management Institute.

In 1997, Eng Gweme joined the Scientific and Industrial Research and Development Centre (SIRDC) where he has worked in various capacities, first as a Research Scientist in the Informatics and Electronics Institute. When the institute was split into two, the Informatics Institute and the Electronics and Communications Institute, he was subsequently elevated to become the inaugural Director of the newly formed Electronics and Communications Institute. He led a team of Electronic and Communication engineers and technicians that successfully designed, manufactured and commercialised a wide range of science laboratory and teaching equipment. In 2007, he joined SIRTECH, the commercial wing of SIRDC, as the General Manager of the Electronics production unit.

He was later appointed the Director of the Informatics Institute in January 2010 to lead a team of ICT specialists in the design and development of various software products. In February 2024, he was appointed the Director of ICT, a post he has held to date.

Eng Gweme is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe, a Fellow and former Board member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers, a Council member of the Women’s University in Africa and an advisory board member of the Emerald Hill School of the Deaf. He is also a member of the National e-Waste Management Task Team which has been mandated to spearhead the formulation of a National e-Waste Handling and Management Policy for Zimbabwe. Eng Gweme has published a number of papers and has written and presented papers at various forums.
