Strengthening Governance, Accountability and Institutional Growth: WUA Holds Its 3rd Annual General Meeting
The Women’s University in Africa (WUA) successfully held its Third Annual General Meeting (AGM), bringing together members of the University community, the Board of Trustees, Council, Management and key stakeholders to reflect on the institution’s performance and strategic direction.
The meeting provided an important platform for the presentation, consideration and adoption of key institutional reports, including the Annual Report, Audited Financial Statements, Auditors’ Reports and Compliance Report for the period under review.
Through constructive engagement and shared commitment, the AGM reaffirmed WUA’s dedication to sound governance, transparency, accountability and sustainable institutional growth. Participants also reflected on the University’s achievements, challenges and priorities as WUA continues to advance quality higher education, women’s leadership and national development.
