Proclamation 4 of 2004 (Statutory Instrument 130 of 2004)

The Women’s University in Africa Board of Trustees shall be appointed according to the Trust Deed registered in Zimbabwe. The Board shall consists of not less than two and not more than nine members, six of whom shall be from Zimbabwe and three other members shall be from other countries of Africa.
The Board of Trustees shall be the Responsible Authority of the University. Among it other responsibilities the Board shall appoint the Chancellor. It shall give policy guidelines to the University.
