Rev Dr Douglas Mambure is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology. He is the Chairperson for Social Sciences Department and Programme Coordinator for Psychology. He is one of the Attachment Coordinators for Faculty of Social and Gender Transformative Sciences. He served for 4 years as a part time Lecturer before he joined the university as a full time Lecturer in 2020. Dr Mambure is a holder of Education, Psychology and Theology qualifications with over 10 years of experience in lectureship. Among his responsibilities, includes department staff and students’ supervision, project supervision and assessment of students on attachment for the Faculty. Beside Lectureship he is actively involved in community work and has passion of empowering people especially the youth and vulnerable groups. Dr Mambure is an ordained clergy.
