The Women’s University in Africa (WUA) is a private institution that was established in 2002 and granted a Charter by the Government of Zimbabwe in 2004 (Statutory Instrument 130/2004). Its mandate is to address gender disparity and foster equity in university education.

WUA is calling for applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the above position that has arisen in the Faculty of Management and Entrepreneurial Sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching courses in Supply Chain Management at Undergraduate and Master’s degree levels;
  • Supervising students’ research work;
  • Carrying out research and generating publications;
  • Delivering seminars, tutorials, field work and facilitating e-learning; and
  • Undertaking administrative tasks related to the Department.

Qualifications and Experience

  • PhD in Supply Chain Management from a credible university;
  • Master of Science in Supply Chain Management; and
  • At least 2 years of lecturing experience in a tertiary institution.
