Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Secretary at the Women’s University in Africa Bulawayo campus
RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION/KEY TASKS
- Attending to the front office and receiving all clients;
- Responding to enquires by clients;
- Receiving telephone calls;
- Maintaining campus records and information;
- Performing secretarial functions such as typing, emailing, data capturing, and filing;
- Receiving University documents;
- Taking minutes during meetings; and
- Performing any other duties assigned from time to time.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
- A Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Office Management;
- A Degree in Administration is an added advantage;
- 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English Language;
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications and
- Proficiency in English Language is a must.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in an institution of higher learning.
