Secretary - Bulawayo Campus

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Secretary at the Women’s University in Africa Bulawayo campus

RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION/KEY TASKS

  • Attending to the front office and receiving all clients;
  • Responding to enquires by clients;
  • Receiving telephone calls;
  • Maintaining campus records and information;
  • Performing secretarial functions such as typing, emailing, data capturing, and filing;
  • Receiving University documents;
  • Taking minutes during meetings; and
  • Performing any other duties assigned from time to time.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES

 

  • A Diploma in Secretarial Studies and Office Management;
  • A Degree in Administration is an added advantage;
  • 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English Language;
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications and
  • Proficiency in English Language is a must.

 

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in an institution of higher learning.
